THE WORKSHOP

- A day of yoga asana, calling in the inner divine through chanting and dancing your way into your wild heart.

- Exploring asana that enlivens the pelvis, awakening sensual energy. Amplifying the call of the heart through sacred song.

- Weaving the power of shamanic trance dance as a inner journey that enables you to find the answers to your own life questions.

- Take this opportunity to weave your way inside through opening the bodies wild, vitalising sexual energy, awakening your vocal yearning and inward facing dialogue with the wise woman within to seek your own wisdom.

"If you cannot find it in your own body, where will you go to find it?"
- The Upanishads

This day exploration is a sweet collaboration of the power of focused yoga posture, voice and dance to stimulate the bodies energy system in a way to allow a deeper listening when starting to call in our question or intention for life. A perfect day if you love to use your body wisdom to seek your own creative insight to unlock your life dreaming and yearn to walk a path of your own grace and truly share your gifts within this global society.
