This day exploration is a sweet collaborative celebration between Kalindi Jordan, Elise Yuill Cohen and Maggie Gudmundsson. A day to gather your inner wisdom and integrate the transformations of the year.
Creating a flowing wave of space for inner reflection, to gather, celebrate and bring into focus the fruits of this year's journey.
Through restorative yoga, chanting, dance and healing sound vibration we will stimulate our bodies' energy system to enable a deeper listening so that we can fully embody and own our unique creative power.
A perfect day if you love to use your body wisdom to unlock insight, and yearn to walk a path of your own grace, truly sharing your gifts within this global society.
A day starting with gentle yoga asana, rolling into calling forth the inner divine through devotional singing and sacred song to open an inward facing dialogue. (Led by Elise Yuill Cohen)
Weaving the power of shamanic trance dance as a inner journey that enables you to find the answers and integration to your year's transformations. (Led by Kalindi Jordan)
Settling and resting in your sweet knowing, gathering your internal harvest into your internal storehouse, while being bathed by the deep vibrations of gongs. (Led by Maggie Gudmundsson)
