A deeply healing journey of gentle yoga, pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, devotional singing, yoga nidra, and mantra sound healing. This workshop is designed to give you an embodied experience of how we can empower our own healing capacity, using yoga practices and mantra as medicine for the mind, body and soul.
OPEN TO ALL - no prior experience in yoga, mantra or singing required.
Please bring your own lunch. We will break for approximately 60mins around 12.30pm.
