Whether you are simply looking for an enjoyable and efficient way of taking a break from daily life and give back to your body and mind, preparing for a marathon and looking for a complimentary activity to support your training, or an elite athlete wishing to reduce your chance of injury and improve body awareness, our Pilates sessions have lots to offer you. 

Common benefits of Pilates include improved posture, core strength, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieved stress and tension. If you are an elite athlete, including dancers, Pilates can be extremely complementary to your training by developing whole body awaresness, strength and flexibility, and helping to reduce the risk of injury.
